Module ESP - Web

Once the applicant has submitted the completed and signed application form with all the other required documents to the Regional Office, the staff of the respective Office will check that the property is located within the priority areas, using the GIS to confirm this.

If the property is located within the priority areas, the Office proceeds to enter the information on the characteristics of the applicant(s) and the property (ies) into the Application Module that forms part of IPMS.

This information is available on line to facilitate the legal evaluation by FONAFIFO's external notary assigned to review the application.

Once FONAFIFO's external notary has approved the legal evaluation, the applicant must present the following:

It should be borne in mind that this Module forms part of the ESP System of the IPMS.
